A note from Andre
Running a short-term rental business means being on call for every owner, every guest and every late arrival. The trust you have built with owners, cleaners and local partners is the real value of your company, and it took years.
Whatever you decide, we start by protecting that. Your team, your owners and your reputation come first in every conversation we have.
If you are thinking about what comes next, I would like to hear from you directly.

The process
About a month, start to finish
A clear, private process with no surprises. You always know what happens next.
Week 1
A confidential first conversation
We speak founder to founder about your business, your team and what you want next. We agree confidentiality before sharing sensitive details.
Week 2
Understanding the business
We take time to understand your portfolio, owner relationships and day-to-day work. Together, we review the essentials without taking you away from your team.
Week 3
The offer
We share a considered offer and talk it through with you. There is room for questions, adjustments and time to think, with no pressure to say yes.
Week 4
Signing and a shared plan
We agree final terms, sign, and set out the transition plan with you before anyone else is told.
Every term is negotiable
There is no fixed template. How long you stay, how the handover runs and how the deal is structured are agreed with you, around what you want for the next chapter.
Questions founders ask
Which businesses do you work with?+
Short-term rental operators managing between 15 and 500 homes. Size matters less than the quality of the relationships with owners and the care in the operation.
How confidential is the process?+
Fully. We sign a mutual NDA before any figures or owner details are shared, and your team and owners are only told when you decide, following a plan we agree together.
What happens to my team?+
Your people are the reason owners trust you. Our intention is to keep the team in place and give them better tools and support, and we discuss any changes openly with you first.
What happens to my owner agreements?+
Owner relationships continue with the people they already know. We plan how and when owners are informed with you, so the message comes from someone they trust.
How is the business valued?+
We look at the quality and stability of your owner agreements, the revenue the business earns and the condition of the operation. We explain our reasoning openly rather than presenting a number without context.
How long does it take?+
We aim to move from first conversation to signing in about a month. Some businesses need more time, and we will not rush a decision that matters this much to you.
How long do I stay involved?+
That is up to you and part of the negotiation. Some founders want a short handover, others want to stay for years. We shape the terms around what you want.
What information do you need to start?+
Only a conversation. Later, we will ask for an overview of your portfolio, owner agreements and recent financials, and only after an NDA is in place.
Can I sell gradually instead of all at once?+
Yes. If a staged sale suits you better, we can discuss it. If you would rather keep a majority role, our partnership may fit better.
